Requirements For The Appearance Quality Of Pellet Feed
1.Uniform length: It aftects the appearance of the pelets and also aftects the pulverization rate. Because there are many short teeds, more endfaces, and more broken points, it is easy to produce powder.
2.Powder content: Since users buy pelets, of course the powder should be as small as possible. However, because some powder wil be producedduring the granulation and production process, the powder should be sieved with a grading scren before packaging and sent to granulation againto reduce the powder in the finished product.
